SHRM PR Chapter: a practical example of innovation
In 2016, the Society for Human Resources Management, Puerto Rico chapter (SHRMPR) used advanced technology to modernize themselves and walk the path of new professional requirements in the actual work professional environment. In 2019, SHRMPR created The Human Resources Academy completely on demand to guarantee everyone access to the educative content and to update organization’s membership knowledge.
